Folding the stroller, simply press a lock button and draw back the 2 release catches. Then let it go down as you push the handle bars to the ground and the stroller folds in half like a knee joint. It is easier done with the wheel brake on.

put the stroller on kitchen table one person work the levers and have a another person watch the release part to see why it not working right then adjust as needed

You have to press the button on the left side while pushing the handle in at the same time.

TO FOLD STROLLER
• Close the canopy as described in the canopy section. Recline seat by releasing buckle as described in seatback positioning section.
• The stroller is folded by simultaneously pulling each trigger fold. . When the fold latches are released, the handle will begin to fall toward the floor. Release the fold buttons and press downward on the stroller handle until the stroller is completely folded. Secure the stroller in the folded position by hooking the fold latch, located on the right side of the stroller, over the rivet that protrudes from the frame.

* The canopy features a ratchet system that allows the canopy to be moved forward to block the sun or wind. To adjust the canopy’s position, push forward or backward on the canopy until the canopy is in the desired position. See figure 23.
SEATBACK POSITIONING
* The seat has a multiple position recline that is controlled by a strap and buckle assembly behind the seat. . To recline the seat, loosen the strap through the buckle and adjust to the required recline position. To place the seat back in the upright position, press upward on the seat back with one hand while pulling the strap through the buckle with the other. The strap will lock automatically.

To fold the Pliko, first the both handles have to be pulled out. To do it, grab the plastic (1) which is just under the handle (with a little hook on it), and pull it upwards. Pull the whole handle upwards, so it gets out of the catch situated near the front wheel (2). Do the same with the other handle (maybe it is possible to do it with both at once - I'm not sure yet). And then lift the back handle (3) (between the rear wheels) up, folding the pushchair. To lock it folded, you have to use the same catches, which had to be released earlier, to hold the handles - but this time they catch the handles somewhere in the middle (4).
