We have no green in the picture. All green looks brown and manual adjust does not change issue.
If the picture looks alright, and the problem only is with this absence of blue color, the fault should be with its video output card itself. Check all the solder terminals to this card, including the solder terminals of CRT base socket. Re-solder all the suspected loose solder terminals, by applying a little more solder. This card can be located at the back of the neck of the CRT, will directly plugged it. You can pull it out, straight backward to do solder work. This is not a problem that a reset will fix. THe 5 blinks is a code that indicates a problem with the AKB circuit. There is a possibility that the picture tube is starting to fail, but that is rare. If you are comfortable working inside the set where there are potentially dangerous high voltages even when unplugged, let me know and I will provide additional details and instructions for a couple of repair options.

know this isn't what you want to hear, but the problem you've
described can't be fixed with troubleshooting.
Your TV
will have to be repaired. There is a part that has developed a defect
and needs to be replaced. If you're still in warranty, the TV will be
repaired at no charge to you. The warranty would likely be at least
one year from the date of purchase from the manufacturer. If you
purchased an extended service
plan
they will repair the TV at no charge as well.
If the TV is no
longer in warranty, it will likely cost a minimum of $150 parts and
labor. This is assuming that you only need one circuit
board
or small part. If the problem is more than one of the circuit boards,
the price of repair could go much higher.
