I have the same stroller. Look behind the seat back, where you should find a ring and a squeeze clip similar to those used to close bags of chips. Hold the ring, squeeze the clip, and push the seat back towards the front of the stroller.

How do you make this stroller sit up
Lift the flap on the back of the seat to reveal the cross bar. You will need to pull up on the cross bar to release the seat lock. Then you can raise or lower it and then release the bar to lock it back in. Hope this helps. Good luck.
