Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone
Haw to do it
If you've tried all other methods and still haven't been able to add music to your KRZR phone then I have one other method. You will need a card reader and your Memory Card of course. I think the maximum you can use is 4GB. You can get a cheap all-in-one card reader too. I got a 42-in-one reader at kmart for 17 bucks so they're not that expensive.
First, you'll need to buy a song from verizon's vcast. (I guess it sorta needs to take your phone's "music virginity") after that one song you should be able to add your own music from your computer.
After you download the vcast song, check your phone to make sure its in there and the download was succesful.
If it worked, take the memory card out of your phone, place it into the card reader, plug it into your computer, look for "removable drive" and open it, then the song you bought should be in the 'my_music' folder.
If its in there, then you can simply add your own music and it should play on your phone.
(one last tip, before you unplug the card reader, don't forget to sign off the memory card by clicking the icon on the bottom right-hand corner. its supposed to disconnect your card safely)
I hope that helps =)

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
