You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password and privileges. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Depending on the type of voicemail you have, you''ll have to login to the admin mailbox. That's done by pressing your voicemail key or intercom 777. If you have a Partnermail VS the admin mailbox is 99 with the default password of 1234. If you mave a Partner Messaging System the admin mailbox is 0 with a default password of 1234 or 123456. Once your into the admin mailbox press 9 for admin programming. ,(depending on version) press either 2 or 4 administer extensions, enter the mailbox number of the box you want to reset, press 3 to re initalize the password, hang up when done

I think you don't have administrator password.They give you user password.For this you need to know admin password to gain admin privilege.You ask them for admin password. You can also change admin pass or remove the pass with Ultimate BootCD. You can download it from internet. Also many software have that can remove admin pass. Googling and get it.For further help plz contact.

You are trying to do something that has been disallowed by the administrator,
To do so you have to have the Admin acces (Admin Password)

As you stated this has been used by someone else earlier, so you have to contact him.

If you cant do that, there is also one more solution. to remove the admin password.

To do so, THE BEST OF ALL is to download the Hirens boot CD, (This is the ultimate tools collection for you PC, and FREE)

Download here, and burn it on a CD, boot from it and goto the Password recovery menu. There are lot of tools in it.

If you don't want to go throught this long process (which i will not recommend, its very usefull CD)

Even though, the tool that this CD uses, and i'v also tested it can be downloaded here.
Its call NTPWD.

Just burn it on CD, or copy in the USB (Boot from CD or USB)

run ntpwd.exe ( it will ask you which account to remove the password ).
Kinda its done, if properly follwed the steps.

Which Partner voicemail do you have? What password do you want to reset? A user or a admin????

when upower up the pc press f8 key then enter in safemode.
then enter in administrator .
then go to my computer propertesi then mange then user account.then right clik on admin then reset password.
thats it.

The easiest way to recover your admin password in windows is to restart in safe mode (keep F8 pressed at startup) and log in as administartor (default administartor user that only shows at safe mode startup with - usually- no password). then you go to control panel and reset the password on your normal admin account. restart in normal mode and you are done. if that doesn´t work there are various password recovery applications you can download and use :

Lost windows login passwords is not a big problem. I realize an easy way to reset lost windows os password, just need to create a bootable disk or USB flash drive to reset forgotten windows password, I have made a bootable Dvd with the utility Windows Password Seeker and reset my administrator password successfully. you may ask your friend to give you the admin password. or else you need to reformat your pc in order to change everything.
