Question about Car Audio & Video
I have a 94 Ford Ranger and I bought the Dual XD250 radio to put in it. I have searched the internet over and Walmart too for a wiring harness that will plug into the back of this radio.. CAN'T FIND ONE PLEASE HELP
You won't ever. They make a universal harness. You should have a wire harness for your new radio only that was included with the radio. It should plug into the new radio and the other end will just be wires. Then you will need to go to a parts store, ( AutoZone, Oreilly's, Advance Auto, Etc) and but a radio wire harness for your truck. It will have a connector or two that plug into the harness that plugs into the back of your stock radio and the other end will be just wires. you will then connect the two harnesses together by matching wire color. ( EG: Purple to Purple, Gray with black stripe to Gray with black stripe, etc)

Look in your local phone book yellow pages under stereos for a local (not big name) stereo installation store (there will be one) and go there.....you will thank me!

SOURCE: wiring harness on my 94 Ranger
I have a 94 Ranger XLT extended cab. Here are the power/ ground connector pinouts and wire colors as shown in the factory service manual:
Pin 1 LG/Y Radio Memory Power (B+)
Pin 2 BK Ground
Pin 3 Y/BK Power (Hot in RUN or ACCY)
Pin 4 LB/R Illumination (dims with dash lights)
Pin 5 O/BK Illumination (does not dim)
Pin 6 BK/LG Ground
From the diagrams, looks like either ground will work.
Hope this helps.
