MCS-490H Hi, I recently brought my MCS-490H back massager to India. For the first day it functioned without any problem. But, the next day, when i plugged it, the lights on the massager is on, but when i pressed the POWER button on the remote, I don't see the LED on the remote doesn't glow and also the massaging balls doesn't move. Kindly help.

Hi. 
Give it a good 'knock' on the back (hard surface). You might hear a clink sound. I think it's when a cog gets out of line. My chair is fine now. You'll notice that the rollers start moving back to the off setting. So if it goes off and they are in the middle or top then it's stuck and needs a thwack!

If you have not already, register your product with the company. And contact them regarding the malfunction. they should replace the part or the product if you send it in.
