I bought a brand new Saeco Royal Professional about 2 weeks ago, and I turned it on this morning and it went on: Warming up and wouldn't go on to: Rinsing for some reason it just stayed on: Warming up for 3 hours until it went on to Energy Saving is there anyway I can fix this?

Machines' heating elements are not heating up. You should have a professional look at it.

its a great coffee machine, isnt it? we have it in the office serving for 7 years now.
this usally means one of the seal is broken. get the saeco person to replace all the seals at once.
this will prevent more leakages in the future.

Saeco Royal Professional is stuck on "Ventilate"

Hi
There are possibly 2 things that it could be.
1. Check that the tip of the wand is not plugged.
2. Your solenoid valve that controls the water is bad or stuck. That means a trip to the service center.
