Warming up We have a 7 year old Saeco Royal which won't get past the "Warming Up" stage.
Any suggestions on what is wrong and how to fix it?
Thanks, Ian.

its a great coffee machine, isnt it? we have it in the office serving for 7 years now. this usally means one of the seal is broken. get the saeco person to replace all the seals at once. this will prevent more leakages in the future.
Hi There are possibly 2 things that it could be. 1. Check that the tip of the wand is not plugged. 2. Your solenoid valve that controls the water is bad or stuck. That means a trip to the service center.
check with voltmetar your element on boiler for espresso, element need have continuidi, and check reset button if your machine have button on tank, and check small fuse on tank(with white rubber around)
Your thermo senser may be going bad. Suggest at this time is to have an Authorized SAECO Service Center check your machine. Contact Saeco USA Inc. to located a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : [email protected]
