The lights on my numbers are not lighting up. I have tried going through and changing all the settings but there still not lighting up? is it the settings on my phone or the phone itself?
Try turning the setting for the key lights off, power the phone down and take out the battery for about 15 seconds. Put the battery back in turn the phone on and go back to the settings and turn the key light option back on. Worked for me.
Theres no problem with your phone. The solution is simple: The keys dont light up.
Hi,Most phones will have that option in the display settings. You can mess with the lighting and timers on the main lcd, the front lcd (or led), and the keypad.If that doesn't work, there's most likely something wrong with the phone. Take it in to a corporate store to get it replaced with a working model. Gizmo1
