My fridge light is on but there is no cooling. I asked a technician to find out the problem. He said the gas has leaked. I want Daewoo technicians to repair the fridge but I am unable to get the telephone number or address on the internet.
The internet information must be updated from time to time so that customers like us can approach them at the earliest.

The address and telephone numbers of the servicing agent is not available on the internet. Daewoo should offer good follow up service. When customers face problems, the company should respond. Here, the customers are made to suffer. People lose trust in such companies when they have paid a lot of money for a fridge.

I have Daewoo Refrigerator, electrcity instantaneous up, the protection fuse burn after replaced by another one, door lamp is lighte but no operation and the indicator on door is off

I have a Daewoo Fridge model DIR-300 but not able to find any official Daewoo technician. This company closed and I think they sold their Pune plant to Haier.
The local technicians say that the Daewoo parts are no more available.
