The programming procedure for Prestige/Pursuit remote is as follows:
First, locate the programming/valet switch. For newer model units the programming switch is located in the antenna, previous models have a push button LED (PBLED). Older models have a plain black push button, usually located near the driver's side kick panel (where your left foot would rest when driving).
After locating the programming switch; turn ignition on, press and release switch three (3) times, parking lights will flash once. This is channel 1 (lock button). Press lock button on remote. Parking lights flash once. Press and release switch one (1) time. Two flashes (channel 2). Press unlock button on remote. Press and release switch one (1) time. This is Channel 3 (trunk/remote starter), press the channel three button on remote. Repeat process for additional channels. Once you have programmed all available channels, turn ignition off to exit programming.
Basically the dishwasher is telling you there is a fault - Not so useful I know! Plug out the machine and leave it for five minutes and see will it reset. If that does not work, you will need to reset it manually. To do this consult the manual. If you don't have a manual, go to http://www.hotpointservice.co.uk/hs/pages/manual/manualSearch.do and down load one. Good luck!
heating circuit open is the fault code.
checks to be carried out to make sure of diagnosis
Check the circuit of the heating element (26 ohms). Check for an open circuit heater cut-out. Check pressure switch open circuit (connections 11-14). Check wiring and connections between module card, pressure switch and heater. If all above is OK, replace module card.
Heater Replacement 1.Remove top cover as in. 2.Remove the left hand side panel. 3.Using suitable floor protection carefully lay dishwasher on right hand side; this may result in water spillage from the air break unit. 4.Remove the base panel. 5.Disconnect the wiring. 6.Slacken the clips securing the hoses. 7.Replace in reverse order (using jubilee clips not existing)
Hi there. It looks like water is present in the flood catching tray at the bottom which usually
indicates that there is a leak somewhere. More often than not this is
just a pipe with a poor fitting and simply tightening the clip is
enough to stop the leak. Our machine had a very slow leak from one pipe
(not enough to trigger the alarm) which was fixed in this way. The leak
is detected by a small float switch located in the flood catch tray.
