You have 3 options when the charge port breaks.

1. get it repaired, warrant if possible
2. Get a new one
3.Get an external battery charger and charge battery separate from phone.Another battery and charger will set you back about 10 dollars on ebay.

Hi, I had the same prob with my E800, the LCD is more than likely broken. It is expensive to replace.

change the battery or have the firmware reflash on to the phone

take the phone to a mobile service center or professional mobile technician a have them service the phone and also replace the microphone.

your phones' firmware is corrupted and it needs to be reflash , so take the phone to any mobile service center or mobile tech and have them reflash it for you for a small fee

take the phone and have a service center replace the LCD
