Stopping the "intro" mode on the music player

I bought my mom a Digital MP:3 4 audio player and have loaded several of her favorite CD's on it but I can't get the thing to play the entire song. It's stuck in "intro" mode and only plays 10 seconds for each song. My instructions manual is apparently for an MP4 player because it's telling me to press buttons I cant' see. This little player looks just like the apple Ipod with Menu, Volume and left/right arrows in the circle. I've read the booklet from end to end but see nothing on how to get this player to work the way I wanted.

I think you mp3 is now carrying of virus! you can reformat your mp3 to software with twister series!

It will be recognized only after the drivers for it have been installed from the CD that came with it. Else, go to www.samsungmobile.com and download the same from there.

Wont play the whole song

Hello,

Sounds like the player is running in INTRO mode, only playing the first part of each song. To change playback mode, follow the steps as described below.

Switch the player ON and start music playback:
1. Press PLAY button to START music to play
2. Press PLAY button again to PAUSE the playback
3. Press MODE button to enter playback mode selection
4. Scroll with MODE button through selections
5. Press MODE button when selection REPEAT is in the display
6. Use MODE button to select from: Normal, Repeat One, Repeat
within current Folder (if any), Repeat Folders (if any), Repeat
All songs, Random Play back, and Intro
7. Press MODE button to confirm selection

Son's Coby is flashing "no list" then "format error" after he loaded several cds worth of music. cannot access the player thru "my computer"- player won't switch to usb mode.

The Small CD will work on your laptop. Just click it in place on the spindle and it will be fine.

Coby MP3 Player won't work correctly

On the side of the music player, there should be a switch with a pad lock design on the left side of it. Make sure the switch is all the way over to the right.

You may have unit in "intro" mode, which plays only a sample of each disk. Disengage

ILO keeps disconnecting

I have the exact same player. To begin syncing DOES NOT WORK with this player, don't waste your time. When it says that you need media player 10 it really means just that. I have m.p. 11 and it did the same thing. If you don't have M.P. 10 available the best way to load music is through drag and drop or use the "send to" command in the right click menu. Also the cd is only for computers that are working on windows 98 or lower. You also will have to go in and delete each song you did sync on the player. They will behave as corrupted files and keep it from playing properly if you don't.
