My xbox wont show on my tv,cant hear sound but no

it is just probebly the chored, i had my xbox on my computer and the same thing happened i moved it to a tv and the picture showed up

try the switch on the video out box (the bit that pugs into your xbox).
it could also be your tv. If there was a problem with your xbox you would have the red rings

um maybe u got the ring of dead and maybe its ur memory must be a way to reset it

it might bea problem with your actual video cord that plugs into the tv.... umm my xbox has a lot of issues too but ive never had this. id suggest you let it say off for a while and try somebody elses cords that connect the xbox to the tv to see if its an issue with your xbox or if its with your cords. ill also suggest you call microsoft and they can troubleshoot...

Since your sound works, you know the xbox is booting properly.  Check two things: 1) try another television to make sure it's not the tv.  2) try another cable(from a friend?) to see if the cable is bad.
**Also, if the video settings were saved on an unsupported setting, it could cause the screen to not show video.  If you try these 2 things and you think someone might have saved bad settings, I recall a button combination you can use to reset certain things, and I try to help if it comes to that.

i would help you but i have the same thing my did that to but my xbox show me colors then it whent to black screen and says to call xbox/support

It sound like E74 Hana chip error very common, you could try fix it yourself, there are tutorials on the internet to fix the problem but you'll have to open your xbox and that would void the warranty.
the xbox sometimes doesn't show the red lights because the chip is not totally fried, so with the proper handle you could fix it.

If you can still HEAR sound, but can't see. Check your Audio Video Cable.

It's the colorful one (red, white, yellow) (red, blue green, white, red)

Make sure the connections are secure into the back of the TV as well as the connection to the back of the Xbox 360.

you ring microsoft, say you have 3 red lights (which you obviously dont have) and they take some details and you send it off and they send you a new one. Same thing happened to me, and thats what i'm doing.
