Touch panel working screen

Fuser Error is not getting reset.

Try to look into the Right Door SWITCH which is located behind the Front Toner Door.
U need to remove front cover and u will find switch back of steel cover.

check the actuation once u close right side door, it might not be on or off by opening and closing right door..

Error c3451 is a warm up error meaning the machine has not yet reached the correct temperature within a specific time. To Reset switch machine off using the switch inside the front door, not the one on the control panel. While holding the UTILITY key down on the control panel switch the machine back on keeping the UTILITY key held down. Eventually a Trouble reset key will be displayed in the LCD screen. Tap that, OK will be displayed then turn off the machine and then turn it back on. This will reset the error code, if the code reoccurs then there will be a problem with the fuser unit in the machine, and this will require replacing

If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day. ENSURE YOU WAIT THE 10 SECONDS

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

This error code means the fuser rollers failed to heat up you can reset the code by turning the machine off and hold down the utility\counter key while you turn the machine onwhen the trouble reset button shows on the touchscreen touch it and when it says ok turn the machine off then back on if the machine gives this erro again you will have to have the fuser replaced

Fuser error, super easy!!! just turn off then turn on while holding the Utility/Counter button. hold for about 20-30 seconds you will see a small dot on the screen i think its in the right corner then you will see a Trouble reset box on touch screen, press it press start then turn off count to 10 turn on... done

This is a fuser heat error. The fuser unit is located in the area where the paper exits the machine. It heats up and "fuses" the toner onto the paper. The error code means that it did not heat up properly. This means you will most likely need a service person to come out and diagnose the problem.
You can try to reset the error but I doubt it will help.
Turn off the MAIN power switch (not the one on the control panel)
Now hold down the utility key while turning on the main switch and continue holding the utility key for at least 10 seconds. You should see a screen come up with nothing but "trouble reset"
Touch trouble reset and you should see a small "ok" come on. Then turn off then on the main switch again.

First open the right side cover where the image unit is located. Check the two latches that latch the door ensure they are not broken, especially the rear one. Then get a paper clip and stick the clip in the small hole on the right side of the control panel it will touch a switch. The control panel will go thru some screens when you see the screen with the copiers on it on the left side of the screen in the middle you will see a small "." When the dot appears touch 3 button. Then the machine will continue to the code screen. Press the Utility button you should see a new button "Maintenance Mode" touch it then touch trouble reset. The machine will again go thru screens will see the"." again do nothing. Should go ready to Copy. If the code comes back do not reset you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.
