First, are you hearing the compressor? If not, there is an issue there with the compressor, the capacitor or the start switch. It is possible that one of those may have blown the breaker...if it still is doing that. The warm up, if everything seems to be working mechanically, is caused by ice. Low gas, excessive exposed liquid, 'window shopping', dirty condenser coils all cause these problems. Defrost your unit for about 2 days unplugged and open or use warm air to speed things up. Restart and see what happens.

Why the fuse burn and the car turn off , I change the fuse and the car turn on again

It sounds like a dead short somewhere in the ignition circuit or the "main" circuit. If everything else on the car dies (lights, chimes, instrument panel, etc) when that fuse blows, that would most likely be the main fuse you've identified. It's going to be a serious pain to find that short, and I'm sorry I don't have any real leads as to what it could be other than tracing the wiring back. Whatever you do, DO NOT replace the fuse with one of higher amperage... The wiring will surely melt or even worse, catch fire!

Where is the horn relay

Hi there.
I dont no were your fuse box is But before you go about finding it go to the horn, there you have 2 wires 1 earth and 1 feed get a test light and check if you have power to 1 side and then the other if you have feed on 1 side then put any wire to any earth on engine and on to the term on the horn the 1 without feed and it should work when you press the horn button if the horn blows then you should hear the relay making a noise, then you will find it.

To cold wont start

Pull the battery, if it freezes it will be wrecked, take it to be tested or charged; re-install same battery(if fixed, charged) or new battery, if not able to fix old one. Away you go
One time for me, it was the main fuse(80 amp) in the fuse block(box) under the hood on the passenger side - the guy who boosted me blew the main fuse so nothing worked. Mazda dealership carries those fuses

Maybe.
You'll need to check all of the fuses to find out. You may need a test light or meter to check them correctly.

Full electrical failure. no lights no radio no horn no hazards nothing. fuseable links are ok. battery connections are ok.battery is ok. no visable burnt wiring.what is the problem? thelights and...

suggest that you check main fuse box, under the hood.look for black box.may be on drivers or passenger side fenderwell. remove the cover, turn the cover of fuse box over for fuse locations.look for a blown main fuse. such as e.c.m. fuse.or main engine fuse. i'm trying to visualize you engine. and the underhood,if the battery terminals are tight and free from corrosion, it has to be at the main fuse box.turn the key to on position, go to main fuse box under hood, make sure that you turn the headlights to 'on' position before you open the box on main fuse panel, this will tell you if and where the shorts at,if there is one.it may only be a blown main engine fuse. pull each fuse, one by one, checking them to see if any of them are blown.wiggle each fuse before you remove it,there may be a short in the main engine fuse panel. as long as your headlights are pulled on,if you find a problem, they will come on. this will narrow your search.make SURE your battery terminals are TIGHT. if you come across the problem, you know that battery's good.that headlights will come on when you find the problem.if all else fails, try a boost from another car with cables and go back through the system again. it may be a bad ground wire, and if the car starts after a boost, you'll know that it's a bad ground engine wire. the engine will not start, unless the motors grounded. that could be a bad starter solenoid,or bad ground to car from the motor.thank you for choosing fixya.com let me know if i've assisted you.look forward to assisting you in the future. oncallmech

Where is the fuse/breaker on a goodman cple 18-1

Hi, I wanted to look up the numbers you gave me as you listed 2 different model numbers, the CPLE-18-1 is a 1&1/2 remote condenser and the other you showed CPLE-24-1 is a 2 ton unit. Doesn't matter, but if your power was lost you have your main breaker box at your meter, and at the condenser you will have a disconnect box with a pull out type plug. If you see no fuses, try removing the plastic cover as they are required to install 2-fuses in side the box also. If this is a split system with the outdoor and indoor unit, you will also have a breaker inside for the indoor unit, its high voltage and you will have a circuit board in the indoor unit with a 3 to 5 amp auto type plug in fuse.
I hope this has helped you out on this. I will be here if you have more questions. Please do not forget to rate me as I know you will be kind. Keep me posted.
Sincerely,

Fuel pump problem?

You actually have two fuel pumps - one in the tank (booster pump) and one under the car (main pump). The noise is probably the main pump cavitating due to the boost pump not working. Check your fuse box for the in-tank pump fuse being burnt, check the fuel relay to make sure it is clicking, and then check your boost pump to make sure it is working. If all those are okay, maybe you have a leaky hose introducing air into the system before the main pump causing the noise. Just my 2 cents...
