LG MC-924JLR microwave has stopped heating in microwave mode and sounds as if it is working normally,but the food is cold .All other convection functions work. When I press the microwave button there is a flashing No10 in a little square and next to it a flashing No1 also in a little square, never seen this before,what does this mean?
My wife cannot wait forever for me to solve the problem with our Microwave....so I nhad to bite the bullet and take it in to LG for repairs.

Hi - From what you have described it sounds like the microwave possibly has a wiring failure or faulty control panel or magnetron. I would suggest contacting a professional that accurately diagnose and repair the unit
