Cant remove the right panel - FreeMotion 310R Recumbent Exercise Bike

Hi dear. Open the door. There should be 1 or 3 10mm bolts around door gasket remove them. Where soap dispenser Top LHS 3 T10 screws,remove them. Open Bottom LHS pin trap.Remove the drain hose from the cover and right underneath it, there is a clip. You need to push it down to open front panel from left to right. Then you can access it. Thanks.

Yes that usually works but on some models need to take top panel off and remove screws from lint housing then pull out the whole body, slides right off the frame

I think you just have to remove the panel inside the truck. Look right behind the light on the inside and you will see a hatch door. Let me know how you make out

The fuel pump relay is located to the right of the glove box.

After the insulation panel is removed, the fuse/relay panel will be to the right of the glove box. The insulation panel should have a diagram of the fuse/relay panel layout.

the back does not come off but the front does.

remove top lid ( two hex head screws on side of lid, under plastic covers)
take out dispenser drawer. reveils 3 screws
remove screws and slid front panel to the right (reveils 2 scrwes left and right)*
remove bottom kick strip ( reveils 2 more screws)*
undo door seal retainer, and remove 2 screws holding on door lock.
now remove 4 screws holding on front panel.*

panel now lifts up and off.

Some cars have an access panel in the right wheel well, you have to jack the car up, remove the right front wheel, then remove this panel. Alternator comes out there.
Of course, support car safely with good stands, NEVER get under a car only supported by a jack, set parking brake, block wheels, etc.

Dust and pollen filter, removing and installing
The filter is located in the right rear of the instrument panel under a cover.

Components of dust and pollen filter:




1 - Frame 3 - Filter element 4 - Plastic nut, 2.5 Nm (20 in lb ) 5 - Filter housing with seal Removing

• Push center cover -1- forward -arrow A- and lift up to remove.

• Remove screws -arrows-.
• Lift right plenum panel cover -1- and remove from clips at front and rear edge.
• Pull cover -1- toward center of vehicle and out of retainer in A-pillar to remove.

• Remove screws -arrows- and remove right closeout panel -1-.

• Remove rubber grommet -1-.
• Press tabs of filter housing in direction of -arrow-.
• Remove filter element with frame in upward direction -arrow A-.

Installing

• Guide frame -1- into first slot on left and right sides of new filter element.
• Press frame with filter into housing -2- and engage retainers.

click 'start' control panel add remove programs click the program you want to remeve than click remove ( on the right side) and follow the on screen prompts ( if there are any)

Unless you happen across someone who has dealt with that removal, you might consider buying an aftermarket service manual for your Jeep by Haynes or Chilton. These are available at any chain auto parts store and are quite detailed.

no panel to pull off ..remove 2 screws on rear of console ..pull console forward and roll back ..clip each corner remove and lean cabinet forward and lift off ..pressure switch hose is right rear and runs up back to console
