There maybe something stuck in the pump or the pump is bad. I have also seen obstuctions in the drain hoses comming from the pump causing it not to drain properly.

There is a solenoid that keeps the water in the washer. It is either faulty or there is something preventing it from closing completely. If there is no power applied to the washer, does it then hold water?
is there any function at all? if not, check thermal fuse located inside near control panel, check www.searspartsdirect.com and enter your model # to show how to take it apart. If it has functional display lights, replace main control board after ohm test on wash motor and fill valve.
I have a Kenmore Quietguard portable that won't stay connected to my kitchen sink faucet. Checked all I can and continues to spray the wall and me without staying attached securely to the faucet adapter. Help!! Any ideas?
