Eclipse avn 5435 deck plays fine but once in a blue moon no sound comes from it. Only using rca on unit, gps works fine. I unplug all connectors and then works fine.

Jess, do a wiggle test on cables when you have volume, wiggle wires one at a time to see if sound goes out or static.

Where is the reset button on the avn 5435 Eclipse head unit?

After looking at the manual, there doesn't appear to be a reset button. If the unit is not turning on, try hitting the power button. A last resort option is to disconnect power from the unit by removing the unit from the dash and disconnecting the wiring harness that goes into the back of the unit.

DNX7120 issue with VOL increase button. When this button is pressed once, the volume skyrockets to max, VOL decrease button does not work right away to lower the volume, nor does the ATT button. Unit...

I had the same issue. You can use the on screen volume buttons on screen to stop issue and don't use the physical buttons anymore. Watch out about a month after the volume problem started all physical buttons on my DXN7120 stopped working. There are a few reports of this online, I have not found a fix yet.
