1:-Go into audio menu to see if the speaker has been turned off .
2:- When you press +or -- vol ,do you see vol being displayed on the screen .
3:- Check the av connection for proper connection .
After looking at the manual, there doesn't appear to be a reset button. If the unit is not turning on, try hitting the power button. A last resort option is to disconnect power from the unit by removing the unit from the dash and disconnecting the wiring harness that goes into the back of the unit.
hey ur radio is locked u have to send it in, they charge $40 to unlock it, there in NY, and a $10 shipping fee. I had the same issue. You can use the on screen volume buttons on screen to stop issue and don't use the physical buttons anymore. Watch out about a month after the volume problem started all physical buttons on my DXN7120 stopped working. There are a few reports of this online, I have not found a fix yet.
