Question about HP DeskJet 648c InkJet Printer
I received a printer from my client with the similar problem..... blinking power light. I tried to disassemble it but was not sucessful. I feel the timing has been disturbed or some other problem.
Hope someone would be able to help me out in this
Yes. the problem was caused by refilled ink. As I removed the filled ink. It stopped blinking and started printing the document with the color ink. Therefore, I recommend the users to buy and use original ink to stay away from unnecessary problem and frustration.

Mine goes real crazy. I almost broke my finger tryin' to stop the cartridges. I think this has something to do with the refilling.
I think the printer knows when its cartridges are refilled. Try buying a new cartridge. Although costly, this might solve your problem. I never tried this though.
I really hate this printer! But then again, that's all there is.
