I want to install the blue tube in my 9p5034c103, 50" projection. Do I just uncrew the bulb and replace with the t.v. unplugged and how much for the tube?
No - Your TV has tubes not lamps.
Why do you beleive you need to replace the tube. 99% of the time the problem with this model is just the fluid.
Projection TV tubes have a liquid coolant that is used to keep them from overheating. After many years the coolant in the blue and green tubes will become cloudy and cause the screen to look white, dull, red/orange, etc. You may even see white halos around images.
Here is a photo of a set that needs the fluid changed.

Solution
What you will need to do is replace the coolant and clean the crt lens. You can get a repair kit from www.TvRepairKits.com that includes replacement coolant, photos, step by step instructions, etc.
