How do I put developer in a ar208s sharp copier

I just got a new ar208s sharp copier. I bought developer and a toner cartridge. Where does the developer go?

The developer comes in a bag and is poured into the developer unit which is the unit that the toner unit slides into. You should have a screw to loosen to slide the developer unit out. It has a silver magnetic roller that will be visible. There will be an open slot on top of this unit to carefully pour the developer contents into keeping it level. Reinstall and secure the holding screw. install your toner and test. I hope that this helps. Usually a service tech will set this up for you before you see it.

yes ar021FT toner compatible for your 5516. when replacing the developer:1) pull out the toner cartridge,2) pull out developing unit with 1 screw (blue),3) in developing unit remove 2 screws (blue) to open its top cover,4) drain d unit and replesnish with new developer. do procedure 4 to 1 to return. Blank copies on an ar208s sharp copier
Inside this machine has 3 sections. Toner cartridge, developing unit and drum unit. First pull out the toner cartridge then you will see a blue anodized screw, loosen this screw then pull this section ( developing unit ), if there's already toner inside the chamber, clean it and pour the all the developer into the chamber then put back the developing section, tighten the blue screw and install the toner cartridge.

Adding developer
If you buy a new toner cartridge the developer is already in it.
Are you mixing ink and toner to rebuild cartridges?
If your just a user, once you replace the toner cartridge you have added new ink with the developer in it.
If you are not mixing and rebuilding the toner cartridge, and installing a new one, You do not need developer.
