Replaced ink with original not work

It may happen that the printer is not able to detect the ink cartridge. Maybe the ink might have ran down or the ink cartridge might have not been set up properly. You need to replace the ink cartridge of the printer might be not able to detect the presence of cartridge. Remove the cartridge and reinstall it again. Now check with the printing.
There may be some other error other than this. Maybe Paper Jam or something else. Contact Epson Printer Support Number if you have any issues in your printer.

If the ink light on your printer is on steady red, that means that there is a cartridge that is out of ink. It can be that the cartridge that you have just installed is not recognized or there is another cartridge that is out of ink. If there is no cartridge that is out of ink, reseat the cartridges. Let it charge like it normally does. Turn the printer on /off.
If this did not resolve the issue, call epson technical support for further troubleshooting steps or log on to epson.com/support for epson e-mail technical support.

Epson workforce 520 won't recognise ink cartidges

When replacing ink on the Epson Workforce 520, Ensure the cartridges have the correct/same number of gold contacts. Ive seen them with 7 and 9 gold square contacts and they were otherwise identical, and the ones with 9 contacts threw an "cartridge not recognized" error on the printer's dispay.

Epson C63 will not print despite having changed all the inks. It tries but the paper is blank

I think there are 2 causes epson c 63 printer not print problem.
First one is: Your ink cartrige are not install properly.
Solution: Try to install ink cartrige properly, in this time please clean ink cartrige chip as well as connector.
Secoundly: printer main board problem. Print data does not pass through main board.
Solution: Please replace new one.

My Epson c88 was working fine. I changes ink cartridges and now the black will not print.

Your printer head may be closed.To remove the problem jast open ink cartrige from the cartrige chamber. set a seringe with full of black ink into the plustic pin which are tidely insert in the ink cartrige. After push 2/3 time your printer work fine again.

Epson 800 not recoginizing epson cartridges. My printer only recognizes them one at a time. When I have all installed it will not recognoze any and will not allow to prnt. Has been workig great but now it...

  1. VERY IMPORTANT: If your printer is still within its one-year warranty period (from the original date of purchase) please contact the Epson from 9 AM to 9 PM EST or 6 AM to 6 PM PST Monday through Friday (except holidays) when you are with your computer and printer setup.
  2. Basic troubleshooting:(you can do this on your own or with the EPSON tech)
  • Unplug it from the computer
  • After shaking (cover the hole where the ink comes out while doing this), put all ink cartridges in (mentioned:EPSON cartridges, good for you)
  • Use the printer menu for head cleaning, do this 3x consecutively
  • Use the printer menu to do test print

    If the issue still persists after the above test, straight answer: hardware malfunction, non user serviceable .

You might not be able. The ink wells might be plugged. Don't spend too much money on ink.

Hello, In Purchasing Epson's CX 5400, CX4600, & CX7400 and more, I found out that Epson does not like Generic Printer Cartridges. That sounds like your problem. Also in Purchasing the Brother's . Color that should be Yellow, will turn out Green, etc. These printers have a chip, that will detect if it is Generic or Genunie. When using Generic Cartridges, it will print lines thru the words, stripes across the picture and also do a mix match with the colors.

That's what these Companies do., so they can keep selling the ink cartridges. Some Printers, are able to use Generic, but you have to fill them up yourself and I heard, quite MESSY.

So I learned, thru trial and error, that you must use the ORIGINAL Genuine Cartridges for these PRINTERS. I had to replace the printer, but Epson, Lexmark & Brothers are always on sale. My Brother & Epson cost me $50.00 with Rebate. Don’t waste too much ink in cleaning it.

This is the only advice I can give you. If you find this helpful, pls rate me.

Epson rx595 changed to cartriges everthing fine

Try cleaninig the ink before reinstalling it again,if problem pesist,clean the surface contact on the printer and put back the ink,if pops up again,replace the ink.

If you're using compatible ink cartridges, then the driver may have updated itself over the web and made the chips you're using in the fake cartridges become devoid. I'd suggest trying original cartridges, or getting a CIS with an original cartridge piggybacking the ink tanks.

If you're using original carts (and fake ones exist that LOOK like originals) I'd call Epson.
