Garmin's security code is setup in such a way that if you forget the code you can drive to a previously set "security" location which would then allow you to turn on the machine without the code.You could then use the menu system to clear the code. What you will have to do is either try to get the code from the person you bought it from or send in the unit and a copy of your receipt to Garmin to have them clear the code.

If you locked it you know the pin number,and it can only be locked
if you know how to lock it..

So if you stole it good luck.

ask how to get in without pin.

No, unfortunately. You either need to drive to the secure place to unlock it, or contact Garmin to have it unlocked. Once unlocked, I would recommend turning Garmin Lock OFF.

There is no factory default unlock PIN code. You will need to take the unit back to your security location and it will automatically unlock.
