There is no authorized service center for Konka (China) sets, even in kerala or nowhere in India. You have to send in to Hongkong, for repair. Contact Blue-Dart; courier company to get more details about its transportation. Contact

Look for the warranty center for Iomega, I did a quick google and found Accel the company to provide warranty. Look for their branches.

Need to be more specific on the problem. What state/country is Kerala in? Wherever it is, the service center/repair shop is probably in the nearest big city. Look in the yellow pages under typewriter.
