Go to the manufacture's website and download this driver. Please know what is model & the manufacturer of the ethernet card before downloading. To know this, go to the device manager. Follow the step below.
STEP: 1. Right click My Computer
2. Click Properties, Hardware, Device Manager
3. Double click Network Adapters, after that, the manufactures and model on the ethernet card will display.

base on what youve said the video card should work properly without any problems because almost all brand new video cards have an exact drivers and application to support your computer. try to see the configuration of your video card and try to set the options of it. if not ill give you a link to download a driver for your video card. just choose the compatibility and download. hope that helps!
