Last night my Kenmore Oasis stop in during the rinse cycle leaving water in the machine and the lid locked shut. I have drained the water and the lid still remains locked. I ended up breaking the lock. Power is good into the power supply. The fuse is good on the power supply. The machine will not power on (display blank). Sears can't be here for two weeks. I have no problem replacing circuit cards or other components, I just need to know which one to get or an idea of where to check the power supply output voltage. Thanks in advance for any help.

Not a real good idea except under emergency situations, as the lid lock is a safety switch to prevent access to the washer during spin cycles when the drum is operating at high speed and you don't want foreign objects (like hands) coming into contact with a high speed rotating drum or its contents. If you have the unit open enough to cut the wires, you had enough access to replace the switch, which you can get at SearsPartsDirect.com or any Sears Service Center in your area. If you are hell-bent on operating the machine in an unsafe condition, just connect the bare ends of the wires with a wire nut, which will perform the same circuit connection as the closed switch. Tape the connected wires away from any moving parts, don't let any bare wire come in contact with any metal and keep the lid closed during all parts of the wash, rinse and spin cycles.
Try checking the lid switch. Sometimes the switch goes bad or the stem breakes and when the lid shuts it will not activate the switch. Usually located on the right side of the dryer. When the lid closes it will allow water to.fill. Washers are easy to fix and the part is cheap. Get it from amazon dont pay the crazy price your dealer wants. Trust me, i just fixed my mothers...
this washer has a lid switch problem...or possible main board failure, but lid does concentrate on the lid safety switch. If you remember when you open the lid it stops..well, its a safety feature and prevents tub from spinning with lid open...this one is more difficult to service if your not use to working on washers...try unplugging machine and leaving off for awhile...does the door lock? check switch for lid fault
F1 is a ( pressure sensor failure) which controls water intake in the machine control unit. The fix is to replace the machine control unit ( computer) This is an easy but costly repair..... At one time kenmore sent out letters to owners of certain models offering replacement of the computers Good Luck
Im sorry to tell you but you have a bad control board. This was a faulty board from the factory. There is a class action lawsuit agianst whirlpool (whirlpool made the oasis). Try calling to get whirlpool to fix it. Maybe try joining the lawsuit. They have remanufactured the part so the new one wont do that again. Its a great machine when it works right.
take your outlet pipe and place into a bucket so that it is low to the ground if water comes out then it could be that your pump is faulty when the water has all drained away the pressure switch will reset itself and the lid will now open if no water comes out un-clamp your outlet pipe from your pump if then water comes out then your pipe will be blocked m8
