We updated our pizza and topping prices and now RPE will not let us add toppings to pizzas. We can send a basic cheese pizza or specialty pizza through, but if we add toppings we get a pop-up window with the error: Value cannot be null Parameter name: key. In the pizza screen if we add a topping the price does not change in the upper right corner, but if we take the topping off once and re-add it a second time, the price adjusts on the screen in the upper right corner but will not go through and we get the pop-up error message. Help.

under manager, choose administrative, then inventory maintenance. This puts you where you set item pricing. You then need to locate the item. 3 ways to do this. Use the NEXT or PREVIUOS buttons to scroll thru entire inventory. Or if you know the item number, type it in the search box and hit ENTER. Or click the LOOKUP button and search for item on this screen and then hit SELECT.

If you are installing it for the first time, then you should have free tech support from PCAmerica. Take advantage of it and keep on them till it is working correctly. If you are out of warranty period, uninstall RPE from Control Panel after you record your license key number. Then delete any and all CRE folders and content from your hard drive. Empty Recycle bin and reboot. Then reinstall RPE.
