2. Scroll down to Settings.

If you forgot the pin Select, Edit beside the BlueCurve TV Player you would like to reset parental controls for. Options to reset your Purchase PIN or and Parental Controls PIN are displayed. Select Reset beside Parental Controls PIN. A confirmation message is displayed.

parental controls are a security measure set on televisions and cable boxes by parents. if you are not said parent you do not need to reset anything as those are put there as a means to keep you out of things you don't belong in. if however you are the parent and simply want to get past those controls you need to contact your manufacturer for the reset procedure

There are two methods to reset the Parental Control on a PlayStation 2, the Quick Method and the Easy Method.
The Quick Method to Reset Parental Control

• Power on the PS2
• Press the Reset button
• Inset an R-rated and wait until the board comes up telling you that Parental Control is on
• Hit the Select button
• At the enter password prompt, hit the Select button
• At the Delete password prompt, enter in your password
• Hit the X button

If you do not know the Parental Control password on your Ps2, try the known defaults of 1111 and 7444.
The Easy Method to Reset Parental Control

• Unplug the PS2
• Wait approximately 72 hours

It says in the owners guide to press the volume button on the main unit and o on the remote simultaneusly. I have tried it and it's not working for me but maybe you will have some luck.

Here is the procedure to reset the parental lock code:

1. From the XBOX dashboard screen, go to settings and then parental control.
   
   
2. When prompted for the password, perform the following sequence using the XBOX controller: X, Y, Left Trigger, X.
   
   
3. Enter in a new password, or disable parental control entirely.

I finally found out how to reset the V-chip password on this princess DT1350-P Tv. All you have to do is turn the TV on and turn to a channel that doesn't prompt the V-chip password (even if it's snowy) and hold down the volume (down -) button on the main unit while holding down the number "0" on the remote control. It might take a few tries, and you might need to change the TV channel for some reason but if done correctly, either the TV will turn off, or the menu screen will pop up and ask if you want to set the vchip password, either way you should be able to watch your TV now! :)
