Volume on my Haier tv L32b1120 Goes up and down by it's self

There is little to No info on this TV. I would say, the signal board is the culprit. You may also call this the main board. Either way, it is the board containing the RF, RCA, and HDMI connections . Thanks for asking me. Matt of Martins TV.
