sounds like a CD read error, try cleaning the laser lens with a CD clearner kit, they are cheap, if it still kicks out the CD then you will need to have it repaired or replaced.
Problem resolved i contacted Chrysler direct and after being given the wrong code i rang another branch and was given the correct code the radio works fine now i have the right code.
