Hi Jay , seems like there is something stuck in the drain pump . Clear the pump ( use a wet vac and open pump cap slowly to catch all that water ) . If that does work make sure you getting power from the wall. that should free those poor hostages !

    Hi R'en, there is no water, it would'nt start the cycle. My clothes are still in there, dry but suffering!
