Blue screen I've had the curvey light blue or white lines for a while now. Read that other people were experiencing the same thing; possiblly a bad batch of tubes?? I believe it's out of warranty. Suggestions? Now the whole screen goes blue and nothing can be seen. Took the back off to observe and saw that the green and red lamps turn off shortly after the TV goes on and a good screen shows for maybe 5 seconds. Also noted that the small oil well with the rubber cover on the blue lamp was distended out over the metal enclosure, and was very hot. the next morning after it had cooled, the rubber cover had returned to it's normal position at the edge of the metal enclosure.

I reset the computer to remove personal information but it got stuck in a boot loop with no windows screen just a light blue screen with white and black lines.

Blue screens are usually caused by problems or issues with your computer's hardware or issues with its hardware driver software. A blue screen shows up whenever Windows encounters a "STOP Error." This critical failure causes or creates Windows to crash and quit working. The only thing that Windows can do at that point is restart your computer. Or it could be a power supply issues or the power supply went bad and needs to be replaced.

GE digital timer 15313 has 3 wires, black, blue and green. Wall switch wires have bare, black, red and white from one line, and black and white from the other line. I've tried every combination

It sounds like you are replacing 3-way switch.
Low voltage light? Are these lights connected to 120Volt circuit?

I think you want the GE 15312 timer, instead of GE 15313.

GE 15313 is for single-pole incandescent light bulbs only.

The color is off and the figures are outlined in blue and yellow, plus the picture is cloudy looking.

Press menu on your set scroll down to where it says picture then press select. Now scroll down to convergence and press select. A white cross should appear on your screen. Your objective is to merge or converge all the crosses into the one white cross. If done right you should see only the white cross. You may see a little green and blue but don't be to picky. Make sure you read the on screen instructions on how to do this. After this you continue to the next step and you should see several white crosses across your screen. Do a convergence for each one of these crosses. Your picture should brighten up and your yellow and blue lines should go away. If it doesnt you have a bad convergence chip or some bad capacitors. If the first step doesn't fix it I would that you had a tech come and check it out.

I have a Maxent MX-50x3 50 inch plasma. built may 2006, bought at best buy in april 2007. Allways has occasional red pixels randomly when switching inputs. Now we have vertical red lines and pixels and...

if you take the back cover off the tv, you will see in a white screw in almost every board, those are called pot. (potentiometer).
if you can get to meter the Ve. Vs. and Vset. start to screw or unscrew those white screw according to what the label says.
usually the ones who gives you the blue and red dots are the white screw on the right of the center panel, and the one on the right of the right panel right under the metal thing to hang on the wall.

SONY KP53HS30 rear projection TV screen suddenly turned blue....

The blinking 5 times is an error code meaning that the white balance has a failure. And because you are experiencing a blueish screen then your problem lies in the circuit of the blue picture tube or possibly the blue tube itself is starting to go bad.

Blue ghost

If you have the ability to work on solid state electronics and know how these circuits work, you will need to replace the convergence IC's in this TV set. If you do not, call in a pro to assist you in this repair. Good Luck

43H70 Blue Convergence out of line and will not line back up

If the blue colors will not line up, and the blue appears to sag inward from one or more sides, then you can bet that one of your convergence IC's has either cracked loose or burned out. The IC should be resoldered or replaced and the convergence realigned by someone experienced with projection TV convergence circuits.
