Go to where ever you got it, and ask for some assitance.
Without seeing it personally, I would guess that there is software corruption.

This means that the cleaning web ran out and needs to be replaced.

Change the thermistors in the fusor (2).
1. Press the Clear Mode key.
2. Use the keypad to enter .107..
3. Hold down Clear/Stop for at least 3 seconds.
4. Enter the Service Mode.
Turn off and on the copier to reset the code.

ola ha a possibilidade de voce desmontar a LD INIT e limpar o LED do laser e os espelhos que ficam dentro do laser.
e um pouco trabalhoso mas da certo pois o toner derrama dentro do laser e ele nao consegue mais sincronizar.
