You can able to format your mobile phone by simply typing *#7370# and a question will appear then confirm it, then next step type your lock code, your phone will restart and fully reformatted. (Note: BEFORE DOING THIS YOU MUST BACKUP ALL YOUR FILE SAVED ON YOU PHONE MEMORY, AND I SUGGEST YOU MUST REMOVE YOUR MMC BEFORE DOING THIS)

FOR HARD RESET:
*Switch off the phone.
*Press CALL + * + 3 + ON simultaneously until the phone is completely started.
*The default password is 12345
You need to press and hold the key until the number appear
FOR SOFT RESET:
enter the following code *#7370#

u can reinstall software via nokia software updater using internet,,,, hope ur problem will be gone,,,,

Due to water drops inside my mobile 6680 Gallery wont open.I have formatted my mobile also still it is not solve.Do u have any software to maintain the gallery.plz i will be waiting for ur reply.

Reformat the phone

To format:

1. Turn phone off
2. Hold the following keys WHILE it's turning back on: (3 + * + green call key)
3. DO NOT let go till it asks you about your LOCATION
4. DON"T forget to back-up all pictures and videos on the phone memory to the memory card before doing so
   

off your cp, then press ( * ) ( 3) and Call symbol with green color at the same time the on your phone, just press it untill display will came out.

get a mmc and install a better mp3 player for your 6680
