Replacement batterries Where do i get the right kind of batteries?

do you want to reset BIOS ? is that what you mean ? reset BIOS is done thru clear CMOS.it should be a button on the motherboard push
it down 1-2 seconds if no button remove CMOS-battery looks like a watch-batterry for 10-20 seconds.be careful with the battery it should
be some kind of hook holding in place.replace it liked you removed
it.

I have the same problem and I put the new battery in. It did not solve the problem. Did you ever figure this out?

Take the battery out and place it back in, try putting it on and if this does not come on then I'll advice that you take it to a certified blackberry service personnel so they can test the battery to see if your battery could be faulty.

Once determined you would get a new battery for less than $35.

maybe the batterry in the phone, the connector will nto hold charge, either your batterry is stuffed or the charger is, it has nothing at all to do with the phone, or either the phone connectors that run leads to the batterry, the little gold clips that the batterry connectors go to, arefaulty and that means you will have to replace the phone.

make sure its the right part number. there are 2 bt60 batteries, snn5782 for nextel(ic series, i880), and snn5744 for motorola smartphones(ming, Q,)
