When i turn on the car the radio doesnt go to the home page it goes to a screen with circle and arrows number 1234

Storing a number in the phone book with the KX-TG6812 from the Caller ID list is shown in the manual. WIth all handsets in standby mode, press the Down/Caller List button on the navigator key circle on one handset. Press the down or up arrows to navigate to the number that you want to add to the phone book. Press the right soft key (the LCD screen above the button should be displaying a rectangle with 6 squares). Use the Up/Down arrows to highlight Save CID. Press OK. Use the Up/Down arrows to select Phonebook and press OK. Enter the name of the caller (up to 16 characters). Press the appropriate number key multiple times to display the desired character. Use the * key to switch from upper or lower case. Press the left or right arrows to go to add the next character in the name. If you need to use one of the different character tables, press R/Eco (below the # symbol). Press OK when finished. Press the Call End/Off button to exit the menu.

Generally when an instruction refers to the 'refresh' button, it is referring to the icon on the screen for your browser - it's usually a little picture in the top right of your screen depicting an arrow bent into a circle. Typically there are three simple browser control buttons together up there: the "back" button, which is an arrow pointing left and which takes you back to the previous page. The 'forward' button, which is an arrow pointing right and which takes you on to the next page after you have used the 'back' button. And the 'refresh' button, which is an arrow shaped in a circle and which tells the computer to go back to the internet and reload the current page.
A common purpose for using the 'refresh' might be when watching an auction item on e-bay. Your screen will not dynamically update, meaning that when others bid on an item, you won't see the activity until you refresh that page.

Orientation lock. This means that the screen will not switch between portrait and landscape mode when you rotate the phone.

To enable/disable orientation lock:

1. Double-press the home key
2. Slide the icon bar to the right
3. Press the (lock)/(circle arrow) logo to toggle the lock mode

Just please do hard reset and retry it. Repeat the steps several times. If problem persist, you have problem with its firmware and suggest to get it fixed at sony dealer.

Make sure that the power is not disconnected during reset!

Adjust the screen contrast. Turn the calculator on. Press and release the 2nd key. Press and hold the down-arrow key to lighten the screen. If you go too far, repeat the process with the 2nd and up--arrow keys.

V-8? 13726548 with number 1234 from front to back on pasenger side. draw a box, 4 holes on the right side of page and 4 on the left. these will be your cylinders. now draw an arrow in the middle indicating the front of the vehicle. on the right side with the arrow facing away from you, label the cylinders from the tip of the arrow rearward 1234, and you got it, label the cylinders on the left 5678 from tip of arrow rearward.. theres your picture

You may need to perform a Master Reset. This will fully restore your phone to it's factory settings.

To do this, remove your SIM card and follow these directions:

1) Flip the screen as if your about to close it.

2) On the upper right hand side look closely. You will see a little arrow pointing to a small circle.

3) Push in the circle with a paperclip and at the same time hold down the power button.

4) Remember to push both at the same time and keep them pushed in until the phone turns off.

5) Once the phone turns off you have done the hard reset successfully.

6) Then, turn your phone back on normally.

Make sure you have the radio code found inside your model information packet inside your glovebox…it will be on the radio and communications pamphlet. It is in safe-mode right now, so press and hold the FM button and the scan button until 1000, or whatever number is stored in your safe mode, appears. Enter your code by selecting the pre-set radio station buttons until the corresponding number appears; press and hold the FM button and scan button again and your radio should be reset.
