Holding tank probably full, need to drain it. Be aware, tank will fill fast with house style toilet due to more water usage per flush.

I just replaced my cell phone & my old sim card, my phone try's to dial 911

Instructions
1 Pay off your phone bill. Some cell phone companies allow your phone to only reach emergency services if you have oustanding charges. Pay your cell phone bill, or add money to your prepaid account, to prevent your phone from just making emergency calls.

2 Cancel your emergency plan. Cell phone companies provide this feature free, especially to those who are 50 years or older. If you do not need the plan, then cancel it to prevent making accidental emergency calls.

3 Stay within your roaming area. If you travel out of your area, some cell phones and providers (e.g., BlackBerry, iPhone and AT&T) will only allow you to make emergency, or 911, calls.

4 Click "OK" and "Contacts." Navigate to "Emergency Contacts," or a selection with similar wording. Select "Disable." This prevents you from making accidental calls to 911.

How long does the Briskair Duo Thermal ac run before it runs out of freon? I have medical issues and can't breathe over 70 degrees. I can't go out side. Does anyone know where to take the rv for freon? Can...

I would think your RV repairman could add refrigerant. Any heat and air company could do this for you. The unit does not have service valves in it and a port will need to be added. I have seen these units 30 years old and still holding the original charge. It is impossible to say how long it will last. If you need to add refrigerant more than once a year you have a serious leak that needs repaired.

I think I need to replace the valve on my washing machine! I am a fix it virgin and need woman proof instructions!! Help please!!

I am not a repair professional. I am just a 78 year old
man who has been making his own repairs for about
50 years. Therefore the washer ID doesn't mean
much to me. It's been about 55 years since I had
experience with front load washers. However I can
suggest you go to www.applianceaid.com where
they have very good trouble shooting and repair
information on front loaders. I think you'll find what
you need there. You can search for the meaning of
the error code on the site.Don't worry about the
timer, they hardly ever go bad.Good luck with it.

My 50 inch hitachi projection tv keeps powering up and down.

First it is not an emergency.
No Legitimate repair company should be that busy.
Call Hitachi and get an AUTHORIZED Hitachi dealer to service your TV.
Your problem is beyond self help/
Unplug the TV until it is repaired properly or you will do more damage and have a much larger repair bill.

Sony KDS-R50xbr1 50" Problems

Here's the best way to get Sony's and/or the extended warranty company's attention and possible help.

Send an old fashioned letter to Sony and your extended warranty provider outlining the problems and your concerns regarding your TV. Make sure to prominently indicate that a copy of the letter is being sent to the complaint division at the attorney general's office in your state. After having to settle claims surrounding their optical block (light engine) issues Sony now understands that failure to address their customer's complaints may result in another judgement against them.

Good luck and give 'em hell!

LCD TV Screen Damaged

Hey Jonos,

While damaged TV screens can generally be replaced, the actual cost of replacing one can sometimes prove to be cost-prohibitive. I would suggest that you first contact Sony directly to see if the company has the part available separately or as an assembly only. The difference in price between any individual component and any assembly that it is included in can often be quite significant. Keep in mind that in some cases however, manufacturers may not even provide the screen for purchase if the cost of the replacement part exceeds the current market value of the TV itself.

In the event that a Sony representative is not able to provide you with that information, you may wish to next contact an independent TV or electronics repair company to see if they would have this part available. Some repair companies may have ready access to the OEM replacement part, though you they may just as easily have a number of aftermarket, salvaged or rebuilt options available.

Regardless of who you speak with about the cost of the part, you'll want to take any potential labor or installation charges into consideration as well. Broken and physically damaged screens are not typically covered under most manufacturers' warranties, so you might need to pay for these services out of your own pocket.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron
