The error means that the thermistor or heater abnormality at power-ON.
i think you should contact the provider.

e studio 207 model only have c41 to c45. there is no c46 error cord.

C41 is fuser error, enter 08-400 to clear the error, if still persist, check the fuser unit especially thermistor, heater lamp...

I am unfamiliar with the e-studio 18 but on other Toshiba e-studio models C41 is a fuser (hot roller) error and it will clear itself when the problem is corrected, there is no reset procedure. I would go back and be sure that the replacement was done correctly.

Get a decent piece of equipment. WHY would you throw money away on a bad copier?

counter varies, depending on type of error.
Displaying and checking the set value of the fuser status counter can analyze a cause for the error. If

Reset the status counter
(1) The following processes are carried out after completing repair of the cause for the C41 error
message.
(2) Press the [0] and [8] keys simultaneously to turn on the power.
(3) Input 400 using the numeric keys, and press the start key.
(4) Change the displayed status counter from [2] to [0], and press the SET key (Reset C41).
(5) Turn the power on again, and check that it returns to the normal standby mode.

 C41 refers to Poor contact of the fuser drawer connector.
 Fix it!!!!
