Question about Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional for PC
I went to my kids usual website and today it read that I had to install the Adobe Flash Player 8 or higher....I then installed the Active X.....did this over and over and restarted computer several times but the same thing on the website still shows that I need to install Adobe 8 FP or higher. I have Windows XP, enabled java and active x, allowed pop ups, and am not sure what I need to do next. Any help or ideas here?
It may just be the website. The latest version of FlashPlayer ususally installs without a hitch (Adobe.com). Do you still have this problem?

same problem but running vista
Every time I come to a vid clip, I get the message that I need to install Ado be Flash Player. I install it, sometimes it works, but it will never last till the next time I need the player.
I'm on Vista too but I never had this problem before. I did have a recovery when I broke the keyboard, but it ran without problems until a week or so ago. I even installed lower versions of what was required just to see if it would help. I enabled JavaScript and installed Adobe Flash Player more then one time, and ALL my websties use them, I have no idea what's going on!
the computer said that the flash player is install but i cannot find it
