I can not delete files from jvc xaa55cl i belive some problem with the driver

Try deleting your files this way

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, Apps,etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
BE CAREFUL and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

No reconice the music

Make sure it is in MP3 format and you synced the music with the recommended software. The software you need to use to sync your music should be included in a CD in the box you got.

I lost my CD instalation . please tell me how to download that

Please visit www.jvc.com. If you registered your product, you should be able to access thier technical support to get the drivers and software that you require. Secondly, there is a firmware update for your model. Please read the documentation prior to installing the firmware update.

No files found

The most common cause of this is the player using a different format for it's drive than what's on your computer. Say something like fat32 when it should be something else. Making certain you have the correct settings, especially if you have an update recently.

Downloading music

Of course you don't need the disk that ships with it.  Google or Dogpile or whatever for JVC software for your model and find a trustable site, like a site of JVC's; grab and install the software.  For example, the stuff behind http://www.jvc-victor.co.jp/english/download/dap/xa-mp51_mp101/firmware_licence.html

It's something of a surprise that the thing doesn't mount as a flash drive as it is, which should be sufficient for loading it up with MP3s.  Then again, it's no prize piece of electronics on the whole.
