I have a liteon dda110 for which the power supply board has failed. With case off, I can see a 220ac supply at input, but zero at all the DC outputs running to the main PCB. No fuse on PS board and no sign of leaking caps. Any ideas?

Since I don't know what model it is, I am going for a shot in the dark. I found a place that has service manuals for Daewoo for free. If none relate to your DVD player, please give me the model number and I may find one for you.

SOURCE: computer does not turn on
you can try your power supply if it works by jumpering its pin. try to insert copper wire in pin 11 and connect it to pin 12. and turn o your power supply. But if it won't works then used tester and test its circuit boards particularly is capacitors, resistors and even the transformer inside the power supply. Or if you can't make it then you can call a technician either in computer or electrical to test your power supply if it still working or not. In that wy can be sure in making decision if its really your power supply got problem or not.
Thanks

SOURCE: Where to replace burnt out PCB.
Unfortunatly I have the same problem but it seems the main MOSFET bolted to the heatsink (SSS4N60B) in the high voltage section has failed which I suspect has led to the destruction of the capacitors. I lost the 5v and 12v supply which happen to have the damaged caps in there circuit. See how you go but I'd be having a close look at that MOSFET as well.

SOURCE: I have a Liteon PS-5301-08HA in my HP desktop. I
Replace it with a higher watt capacity, say 400 or 500
watts rating, Choose the one that can be mounted and fit in your PC fit without any revision to be done.
