I have a Toshiba 50HP66 Plasma TV. About 18 months old. I have no picture. The screen just flickers with no display. Can't display anything on the the TV. No text, image or anything. The sound works and changes when different inputs are selected. HELP!
That problem is caused by the Y Sustainer board.
Sounds like it could be a display board problem or the display itself. same happened to my 50hp82. i was quoted 450-800 for the display board.

working its most likely a component
failure 1 thing you could try is connecting
a rca cables from video/audio out on the set to
another set vid/audio inputs to see if it the video gets
through.This is a problem that requires technical
knowledge and test equipment to trace the video

watching tv when a loud "click" sound was heard and screen went black. keeps trying to come on clicking every 5-10 second. Tv was purchased from Best Buy 1/07
