CASIO G-SHOCK 200 (G-7500)

I have a two year old Casio G-Shock.  I can't find the instructions.

 

I cannot stop the alarm from going off , no matter what time I set it for.  I have had G-Shocks for 18 years and they all have been easy to set.

 

The alarms (3 of them) are driving me crazy.  I have them all going off at 10:30 every morning.  When I push the red button on the bottom to silence them, they ring every 5 minutes until 11:00.  Please help.

The first thing I have to recommend it to unscrew it and remove the battery for a few minutes and then insert it back.

    Hello. Please do not use the first solution I gave you and do not open your watch.
    Read the user manual I gave you. It explains how to make the alarm NOT ring every 5 minutes. you have to remove the (SNZ) snooze alarm in page 3.

Casio G-Shock GW-300 replacement bands
I have a Casio g-shock gw-330a and now find myself again replacing the band. So far, $60 on bands. They last me two or three years. To install the band, take the band and watch to a Jeweler. My local Sears does it for me. $5 for installation; $5 for purchase shipping; $20 for band. $30 every couple of years.
This cost disturbs me.
