One would hope that the shop that installed your remote starter would stand behind their work and correct this problem. Your other options are to troubleshoot and correct yourself, or take it to a qualified shop to troubleshoot and correct. Then take that bill to the shop that installed the remote starter for reimbursement.

Verify batteries are installed and installed correctly in the remotes. Examine the batteries and the battery holders on the remotes for "shipping isolators", pieces of plastic film or tape that insulate the batteries from the battery contact points. Verify the batteries are fully charged with a volt meter. Beyond these basic check points, contact prostart support.
you will have to unhook your prostarter or get someone to replace its burnt from charge then after pro start is unhooked then put battery back in the turn key over.
check to see if the security light or anti theft light flashes. if that is the case, sounds like the bypass for the remote starter may be causeing the no start by tripping the anti theft system. Remove remote starter and bypass system and join any cut wires back together that may be cut for remote starter. Try starting, if theft light still flashes leave key in the on position after attempted start for 15 minutes till theft light goes solid, turn off and try again. Repeat process for three times to re-learn factory theft system in vehicle. If problem still persists, then take to your local dealer to reprogram factory theft module in the cluster.
Prostart models work great with Dodge makes, they are made by Directed Electronics and are available at Canadian Tire, you will also require a bypass moduel PKUMUX
