Hi everybody, i have a very important problem, i did record a voice, when i came back home and connected my player to my laptop, i saw the file with zero size which could not be opened or some errors happened when i was trying to open it. it seemed like the file is cirrupted. i disconnected the player and when i connected it again, the file was disappeared. i connected the player again and again but the file was totally disappeared!! i dont know what to do. I really need that recording. Please help me. I really really appreciate any useful advice. Thanx alot

ZenV Freezes
Have you tried updating the firmware of your Zen V Plus? I've had mine for almost an year and haven't had these issues -- I updated the firmware as soon as I unpacked it.
try downloading the MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.
By the way, before updating the firmware, let the battery have a full charge, ok?

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.
