I actually did this install last week. I ran the power wire down the firewall next to the break booster and down to the frame. I then ran the wire through the frame until it came up under the rear driver side door. Drilled a small hole and ran the wire under the sill panel and interior molding until it came out in the back where I wanted it. With having the cable tucked up into the frame I avoided having to drill into the firewall.

Your best bet is to actually drill a hole through the firewall and istall a rubber grommet to protect the wire. If this isn't really an option, you might try locating the places the wiring harness and spedometer cable go through the firewall, or where the shifter goes through the transmission tunnel. The main thing is to protect the wire from heat and rubbing against metal. Hope this helps :)

The DLC (data link connector) on a 94 Grand Cherokee is under the hood on the right side near the firewall or around the master cylinder/brake booster area.

Can i run 1 10 inch sub of the stock amp that

Not made for that. Its a high pass amp to power the speakers, unless you have a stock sub, but its still going to be to weak to get full potential out of the sub.

Just bought a 2006 jeep gand cherokee limited 4.7 liter v8 with 77 miles i t seems to be burning gas very quickly actually to fast what could cause this ?

if you mean bad gas mileage (and only 77 miles on it) the engine isn't broken in yet, its still tight. it will take time to break it in, and you should see your mileage start to improve. check your intake and air cleaner, could be clogged.
