When i open internet explorer , a message comes on the screen that system will shut down after one minute, and time is runing

Internet Explorer has nothing to do with a driver. It's just the worst browser around but Gates was smart enough to get it packaged with every system sold. You can try getting into your Internet Options in the Control Panel and set Internet Explorer back to it's default settings under the Advanced tab.

Unlike Internet Explorer, it does not take 30 minutes to install. It will be up and running in less than 3 minutes. Do the same thing for Opera and Google Chrome. Just put "Download Opera" in the google search and download and install it. Put "Download Google Chrome" in the google search and download and install it.They are faster and safer than Internet Explorer. Most times they work even when a virus has shut Internet Explorer down.

"since then the computer will not turn back on".. (sic) At all? not properly? exactly what do you mean? Can you do this ->> Try start up in Safe Mode press F8. Choose Safe Mode, when at the choice window, to select either Safe Mode Desktop, OR System Restore, chooses system restore and choose a time before you had the "Problem" and follow instructions. This should get you back.

Happened to me too some time ago. The solution I found (finally) was to de-install windows internet explorer, reboot computer and then re-install windows internet explorer (had to download it)

How far does it get on the boot process? Does it open the operating system completely before shutting down? Do you get any error messages, and does it go to a black screen stating Windos wasn't shut down properly? Answer these and I'll have a better idea of what's going on.

try to upgrade your internet explorer from version 6 to 7.

or install mozilla explorer insteed because it is very very reliable, no bugs here, virus at mozilla are helpless, no spyware can work. mst important thing mozilla provide good secruity without any more time.

your files might have been corrupted i know the end close screen file sometimes and will get corrupted quicker than startup screen
now the question is was this the floor model or a straight out of the box unopened comp cause floor models always needs to be reformated those are the show comps. people play with those all day once you reform. comp. and put in new O.s. system everything should come back to working perfectly and dont forget spyware checkers and virus blockers name branded backed up these will help protect your comp
