You can't play a video on your Sansa Clip/sansa clip plus (based on pic you showed).
If your device is froze, press and hold power button untile device turn off (about at least 10 seconds); then turn it on and check it. If it's still frozen, turn it off again, plug it into computer and delete the video which makes it froze
Press both the center button and menu until the circular spinning icon shows that the thing is rebooting. Also, try holding play for 5-10 seconds to shut the thing off. Then hold play for 5-10 seconds to turn it back on.
Mine gets into a funky state some times. Try to do a cold power reset. remove the battery, wait 10 secs, put it back in, put power into from the USB cable then try to power it up.
Toggle the hold switch.

The same thing just happened to my iphone. I held down the button on top and the round button at the same time for about 5-10 secs and the phone reset itself. Hopes this helps
let the battery run out then restart/reboot. if this does not work, you may just want to get another one because the problem could be your motherboard.
